Double XP Engagement - Imgur
Most of my followers expect Doctor Who related posts, I made a Police Box Ring that I occasionally post about, and my username is a reference to a specific strip of an out-of-print newspaper comic (Some people got it!). I grew up with video games and television (people like this are rare, I'm sure) and am currently employed as a jeweler CAD technician. Quite often those two things interject. You can email me at GinoArizmendi@artgemsjewelers.com
I was going to make a lengthy Jeff Albertson-style post about the new TARDIS interior, but then I made this post.
The entire point of the console was to show that the TARDIS was damaged by the Time War and could not be repaired by going to Gallifrey-lube. It was stapled together by crap the Doctor gathered and stored in one of the infinite storage rooms we never see outside of fanfictions.
Both 9/10 and 11A’s console was tattered. This new console is modern (modern is relative in time travel) and custom built.
The spinny thing is cool though. Someone needs to buy the Doctor a freaking lamp. My only issue is the console.
The TARDIS moonshines as a ringbox.
Unsure about the actual price, but it ranges between $300-$800 for custom ringboxes at Paul Pape Designs.
The entire wedding was said to be spoken entirely in Gallifreyan, however a nearby TARDIS rendered these efforts useless by translating automatically.
You made me do it.
All of you.
Evil people.
I had to block the word “TARDIS”.
BECAUSE I REALLY REALLY HATE SPOILERS.
FROM THE BBC?! HOW IS THAT FAIR?!?
So I was watching the Vincent and the Doctor episode when I noticed something very familiar on the TARDIS console. It’s the Nostromo. Which is something I use every day at work to create the various jewelry—including the Police Box Ring. I found this very exciting in a very boring kind of way.
Here’s a fun fact, the Nostromo on the TARDIS console is almost never ever ever ever ever seen. I know this because I have watched 12 episodes looking for the scene inside the TARDIS that shows this one side.
As for WHAT the Nostromo is, it’s a Macro keyboard. You set each button to input into the computer a short burst of keyboard characters. It’s meant for gaming but I use it for command line prompts and such. You can set up to 160 commands of unlimited prerecorded typing I think.
So I came up with a theory as to why only Americans don’t have an accent on Doctor Who when even aliens do. The TARDIS can’t translate what comes out of American mouths so nothing is changed.

“No! We’re not back at all!!”
I AM WHOVIAN, HEAR ME VWORP
That if I buy the AC adapter for the Floating TARDIS then the light sensor is disabled and the TARDIS keeps on floating even in the dark.
I shall do that.
Also: Before I hit “Create post” I saw that I wrote “keeps on floating even in the Dalek”.
The issue with the hover TARDIS is that when the lights shut off the base shuts off so you have to reset it every day. This is a deal killer for me. Who wants to reset this every time the lights shut off? I wonder if buying the cord means it’s eternal…
Who designs something nicknamed “Sexy” to shut off when the light does?!
